A. Pronoun them- referant is missing and co-ordinate should modify illustrations rather than Beatrix
B.Same here as A
C. Seems good, as which refers to illustrations and after all the explanation, Beatrix is placed aptly
D. Co-ordinate and illustrations are far and author name is not placed aptly
E. Them a clear pronoun indicator such as which is missing.

Hi Mitch,
Is there any other way to eliminate E? Suppose in the exam time I couldn't find the logic you said to eliminate E. How will I then eliminate the option? What else I can consider for E?

to coordinate X with Y means to structure X so that it works well with Y.

D: Carefully coordinated with her narratives, Beatrix Potter
Here, the usage of coordinated implies that Beatrix Potter was carefully structured to work well with her narratives.
This meaning is nonsensical.
No one changed or altered the author so that she would work well with her narratives.
Eliminate D.
