Should the GMAC choose to come after you for copyright infringement, just like they did with Scoretop, i'm pretty sure BtG will more than co-operate in helping them track you down. I believe the standard procedure is then to cancel your score, inform the schools that you sent your score to and ban you from taking the GMAT for the next 3years.
