Is the number of seconds required to travel d1 feet at
r1 feet per second greater than the number of seconds
required to travel d2 feet at r2 feet per second?
(1) d1 is 30 greater than d2.
(2) r1 is 30 greater than r2.
how do i solve this within a minute ,,,is there any reasoning?

if t1=d1/r1-number of seconds for d1,r1. and t2=d2/t2. number of seconds for d1,r2
is (d1/r1)>(d2/r2)
both st separately are insuff
1 st as it does not mention any distinction between r1 and r2
2 st fails to mention d1, d2

insert d1=d2+30 and r1=r2+30 in the (d1/r1)>(d2/r2)
does
(d2+30)/(r2+30)>d2/r2
simplify it
(30+d2)*r2>d2(30+r2), we can cross multiply as i hope that neither distance not rate can`t be -ve
get rid of d2*r2
and left with
does r2>d2, we have no any mentioned relation between then so the answer is E
