sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue among shift workers, and have raised production efficiency in various
industries.
(A) fatigue among shift workers, and have raised
(B) fatigue among shift workers, and raised
(C) and fatigue among shift workers while raising
(D) lowered fatigue among shift workers, and raised
(E) and fatigue among shift workers was lowered while raising

shift-work equations has done two things:

1. reduced: sickness, sleeping on the job and fatigue
2. raised production efficiencies.

Since the shift-work equations reduced 3 things we need 'and' before fatigue. Eliminate A,B&D

Now reduced and raised should be parallel. Since the 'raising' in E is not parallel with 'raised' eliminate E and the answer is C.
