I have taken two practice tests, using the GMATPrep software, but the software keeps crashing after my test? Really frustrating!

Anyone else having issues?

Before anyone asks, I am using a new computer with no other issues :)

I have had similar issues where after moving to the next section, the application would crash. In that case, I uninstalled and reinstalled GMAT Prep software. In addition, I would also disable anti-virus programs that were running in the background. Later on, I just unistalled the anti-virus software as it was casuing other problems too.

I understand it could so frustrating after having sat for 2 or 3 hrs and then the software crashes

Hope this helps!
