Q. How many numbers are possible which have HCF as 30 and their sum is 225.

For HCF to be 30, the two numbers must be multiples of 30 i.e. their sum also MUST be divisible by 30 but 225 is not divisible by 30

HENCE, YOUR QUESTION IS INCORRECT

If you are preparing for GMAT then the practice material that includes this question is suicidal.
