What is the value of hundredth place.

I ) When Number is rounded to Nearest Tenth value is 3.2

No. can be 3.20 to 3.24

II ) when Number is rounded to Nearest Hundredth value is 3.24

Number can be 3.2356 , 3.2366, 3.2376 , 3.2386 or Number can be 3.2406 , 3.2416, 3.2426, 3.2436

Now combining two statement together

We can still still have either 3 or 4 at the hundredth place.

so answer should be E
