CGF could be any fraction of the expression above, among the answer choices it's B or E to understand which one is correct we note GCF is the greatest common factor and 0<a<b, hence it's (r^b)*(s^b)

As 0<a<b i.e. a is common.
So greatest common factor should be (r^a)*(s^a)
Please correct, if I am wrong.
