Hello,

This is my first time posting here as I'm getting ready to take the GMAT again. First time around I scored a 610 and I'm trying to improve to the 680-690 range.

Anyways, my biggest areas of weakness are number properties and rate problems. Is anyone aware of study materials that might help me improve in these areas?

I noticed that Manhattan has a few math guides, one specifically devoted to number properties. Has anyone used the Manhattan math guides? Would they be a good investment for me?

Any help would be appreciated... thanks in advance!

Manhattan guides are good for learning the content; Official Guides and GMATFix Official Guide Companion are good for practicing and analyzing results

Thanks for all the help guys.

I've got about 7-8 weeks to go before I take the GMAT again.

I bought the Manhattan Guides on Number Properties and Word Problems. The great thing is that I get access to 6 of their practice tests. I plan to take 4 of the MGMAT CATs, the 2 PowerPrep CATs, and the 2 GMAC CATs. Between tests and Manhattan Guides I'm also working on OG 12 problems.

Sounds like we have the same weaknesses. If you find great study material please come back and give an update and I will do the same.
