Nov 2011 Toefl, can I use it for 2014 fall applications?

It depends on the school, and when you submit. This TOEFL won't work for HBS since they say you need a test taken Jan. 1, 2012 or sooner. Columbia will accept this score however, provided you submit before the two-year expiration in November. Most schools have the latter policy; the TOEFL needs to be taken in the two-year period before application submit. You will need to review each school's website and application carefully - or email admissions about it - to know for sure. Plan on doing a lot of Round 1 apps!!!
