In {D}, the idiom "not only.. but also..." is impacted; Also, blue part is not parallel..

I don't think option D is wrong because of Not Just..But also
Not Just..But Also..is conjunction pair..and it is correct

Example. Jon Plays tennis not just for fun but also for the prize Money
