not able to open the downloaded excel sheets

Hi BTG,

I am not able to open the excels that we need to download when starting the course.
Can anyone help.

Did you download them very recently?
I ask because the BTG was intermittently down for a bit, and perhaps the files became corrupted while downloading.
I've attached a copy of the Improvement Chart here, if you'd like to try again.
