no work experience

hi stacy
I am currently in final year of my engineering and interested in giving gmat right after this...
are there good colleges which accept students without work ex?
both in US or Europe
right now i m doing six months project in a web startup in the capacity of Area Manager(sales/marketing) and the founders are ready to give reco.
i've also presented paper on national level n won first prize n the project was considered by Portugal gov for implementation
i was very active in extra curricular activities in college and have a cgpa of 7.2/10.

Many schools will consider candidates without work experience. This year we had clients go to Cornell and Stanford right out of undergrad. However, you should know that this is a very competitive group. My sense is that your chances would be improved if you took some time to work and figure out your goals.

actually i more interested in Europe then in US... n plus i m more interested in doing just after college then working for say 3-4 yrs n then going for it..
i have a business plan in mind n for that I'll have to get a quick 1 yr MBA n start working for that plan..
please help me in finding a good college in Europe as there its mostly 1 yr course...
