There is no short cuts. Just estimating the numbers..

2 * 1.7 = 3.4
3.4 * 2 = 6.8

And just settle the powers.

Replace 1.701 with x and get ((4x)^6)(x^-13))/(2^19)((2x)^-7)

We get 2^12/2^12 = 1
