There is lots of information on the internet, like this site for instance, where you can learn about how to prepare a strong application package for business school. I encourage you to do some research on the components of an application package so you will know what you need to be doing over the next few years. To clarify on your work experience, internship experience while important, does not count in your "years of experience" quantity. That number is only your professional, full-time experience since you graduated from college. As noted by you, you do want to have some extracurricular activities that you can write about/speak about in your business school applications. For most, these are community service activities. Business schools like to see well-rounded individuals with varied interests. Keep researching and you will be on your way to putting together a competitive application package.
