THere are many programs in the US and abroad that are far better than just "decent". You can get an outstanding education at many schools. First identify what you want from your MBA and then look for schools that have strong faculty and curricula in that area. Look for student blogs that allow you to chat with current students and get their feedback on the programs. Look at the companies that interview on the campus and see where the graduates are working. With a 640 you are in range for many of the top 50 schools in the US as well as many fine schools abroad. Don't assume that missing the top ten means a poor education.

For entrepreneurship you should definitely consider Babson. It ranks in the mid-forties overall among US schools, but is number one in entrepreneurship and has a higher acceptance rate and lower GMAT average than the top schools, if only because it only attracts those who are committed to entrepreneurial careers.

Like you have suggested Babson, can you please suggest some more colleges/program where I have chances ? I am looking for a program which can give me a working knowledge of how to form a company,at the same time after my MBA I should get a decent job through which I can repay all the loan which I would need to take for my MBA in 3-4 years.
My plan is to work for some (say 5 years) years after my MBA and then open something of mine.

Any well-regarded program will have courses in entrepreneurship. Go to the websites of schools you are interested in and look at their curricula. The major ranking reports can point you toward schools that fit your profile.
