Need to move from 620-> 700 in a month.Urgent help needed

Hello All,
My actual test is on August 25.I was preparing for the GMAT from last jan 2009.At Feb,I have given one GMATPrep.I scored 496.I intitially broke down.But never defeated.I tried in a hard way. Now my scores are as below.

MGMAT 1 : 620 (Q:42,V:28)

MGMAT 2 : 640 (Q:44,V: 34)

MGMAT 3 : 620 (Q:42,V:32).

The books i refered

All 6 MGMAT books.
OG 11,Verbal reveiw
Kaplan premier program 2009
Power Score critical reasoning Bible.

My weekeness in quant are only probabalility and somewhat Data sufficiency.

I have completed end to end of OG 11 twice reading every explanation and understanding why answer is wrong.

I have gone through verbal review once.

Practiced the Quant section of KAPLAN as well as the practice tests in the CD.

I have gone through all 6 MGMAT books once.

I thought i was strong in Quant.But at the end of the day, I am not crossing 42.Please help how to move from 42-> 49 on Quant.

My this week's plan is going through Combitronics and probablity in details.Study MGMAT senetence correction and Power score bible once again.

I really confused how to achieve this 80 point during a month.Please help.

I am already giving 4 hours a day and full weekend.Despite of my full wok schedule,I a struglling hard.

Please suggest which book to refer.

Shall i go for GMAT Focus.I also bought KAPLAN800.But didn' get a chance t go through.

Which one ? Please help.....

Received a PM asking me to respond. Sorry it has taken me a while - I've been getting a ton of PMs.

In order to move from a 42 to a 49 on quant, you need to understand a lot more about how test questions are written and how to recognize what they're telling you, what they're asking for, and what to do. (You also, of course, need to understand the actual concepts being tested and you need to have memorized the specific formulas and rules you need to use.)

You already have adequate materials to tell you the concepts, formulas, rules, etc. You don't actually need new materials; what you need is a new approach to studying those materials.

You learn how to recognize what to do NOT by doing a ton of problems but by studying, in great detail, the problems that you do. While you're trying a problem for the first time under timed conditions, you're not actively learning - you're just trying to use everything you've already learned in order to do that problem. The new learning comes mosty from the review you do after you've finished that problem.

Here are the kinds of questions you should ask yourself while reviewing a problem (every problem, even the ones you get right):

Was I able to CATEGORIZE this question by topic and subtopic? By process / technique? (For instance, could I say which MGMAT book this came from? Which chapter in that book? Which specific content or technique within that chapter?)
Did I make a CONNECTION to previous experience? Or did I have to do it all from scratch?
Did I COMPREHEND the symbols, text, questions, statements, and answer choices?
Did I understand the CONTENT being tested?
Did I choose the best APPROACH? (there's often a better way than the first one we think of!)
Did I have the SKILLS to follow through?
Am I comfortable with OTHER STRATEGIES that would have worked, at least partially? How should I have made an educated guess?
Do I understand every TRAP & TRICK that the writer built into the question, including wrong answers?
Have I MASTERED this problem? Could I explain every aspect, fully, to someone else?
How will I RECOGNIZE similar problems in the future?

You've got about a month to go. The difference between a 42 and a 49 is a pretty large one, so I just want to warn you that it may take you longer than a month
