Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear about your GMAT score. I imagine you must be disappointed given it sounds like you were expecting a higher score.

Usually those with a low GPA look to a higher GMAT score to help mitigate concerns around their academic ability, however, given your situation this isn't really an option. The best thing for you to do is to consider building an alternate transcript - meaning take courses in accounting or statistics and earn A's. This not only helps prepare you for the rigorous MBA curriculum, but it proves to the adcom that you aren't an academic risk. Fordham actually offers a pre-MBA curriculum that you can enroll in to help ease the concerns the adcom may have around your academics.
