Need help with verbal

by xcobrax » Wed Aug 25, 2010 10:20 pm
Hey guys, my date with this lade named GMAT is in about 3 weeks. I have improved a lot since I started studying for the GMAT. 510 Diagnostic. My CATs now are 650-670. Verbal is still holding me back however. I have read the MGMAT SC and RC books and I am still having issues. I have exhausted all the problems in the OG and on Kaplan's site...Any Suggestions?

Have you considered working with a tutor? An experienced tutor can identify those areas which are holding you back. By looking for CONCEPTS rather than PROBLEMS, you can correct several questions at once.

The next best bet is to try working with an error log. Record the reason you picked a wrong answer as well as the reason you missed a right one for every problem that you miss. Then review the log for trends. That will tell you where to work next.
