I really need help with this question, Please?

I am trying to find a subject for the below sentence

"The safest beaches in Mexico, will find here in the Mexican Caribbean."
I thought Safest Beaches Mexico was the subject, but its not. I emailed the school to get some assistance, they replied with the following Safest Beaches Mexico is not the subject, the subject is the person to home the sentence is directed to. Can you help me?
