Hi,
My name is Rohan and I am from India. I have been accepted into the One Year MBA program at Babson for the 2010 class. I am really excited but at the same time facing a big task of deciding whether to go ahead with it or not. Well, first a little info on my background:
Male-23-Indian
WE : 1 year at Birla Wealth Management and 2 yrs as a business owner of a BPO company
Well, I had to shut down my company due to huge losses. Now, I have no clue as to what direction I should choose. I have a keen interest in real estate. My family owns a piece of land in my locality which can be developed and sold at a good price. This could be a start to my career in Real Estate Development.
Now, my question is whether I should pursue my MBA at Babson and then return back to India and start developing the property or should I drop the idea of an MBA now and involve myself in developing the property and start my career right away.
I have heard a lot about Babson but not much about the One Year MBA program. Will it be a good decision to pursue my MBA now at Babson?
