Let's break down the info we have:

Thursday : 5 Specially ordered shipments
Friday : ONLY Building supplies.
Sat/Sun : CLOSED

4 shipments to Truax, 3 of which were building supplies.

A. Not necessarily. all 4 of them could have been sent from Monday - Wednesday, which we have no information about. So we cannot comment on whether they were specially ordered or not.

B. This need not be true. It's quite possible none of the 5 special ones were building supplies.

C. Not necessarily, what if all 4 of them were specially ordered?

D. Again, what if the truax shipments were sent before Friday?

E. We know 1 of the Truax shipments is not a building supply, so it could not have been sent out on Friday since only building supplies were sent out on Friday. Also SAT/SUN was closed. So this one shipment MUST have been sent out before Friday.
