Need help, got a 480 (V31, Q25)

Hello to everyone,
Last Friday, February 25th I finally tried to beat the GMAT. The result wasnÂ´t what I was expecting, my final score without AWA was 480 (V 31 Q 25). IÂ´m from South America, my first language is Spanish and I have never studied in the US or other English speaking country. I recently finish a 4 month course in a local GMAT prep center, all my English is from my high school and university classes. I don't like my 31 V, but what I really need to improve are my math skills (25 Q).
The material I used was OG 11, OG 12, SC problems from OG 10, some fragments from OG verbal review 2, Manhattan Gmat Sentence Correction, Kaplan Verbal Workbook, Kaplan Gmat Math Foundation, Kaplan GMAT Premier 2009. I have the 6 cats from Manhattan Gmat, and the two GMAT PREP cats.
I'm planning on retaking the GMAT in three months; I'm looking for a total score above 650. If anyone can help me to devise a study plan, or recommend me some math books or courses that could help me achieve my goal.

Great to see a Venezulian on this community. There are two good things about your situation .Firstly, you have a good amount of time in your hand. Secondly, you have a reasonable target.
To put it in another way, you should be able to score a 650 in 3 months provided you follow the right strategy. I'd suggest that you browse this community and form a strategy for yourself. Ideally, you should firstly concentrate on building a strong foundation. Your scores indicates that your fundamentals are not clear,so even if you take a lot of practice CATs, it is of not much use. For Quant, you may want to get your hands on Manhattan GMAT Math Strategy Guide.They're the best of the lot. For Verbal, you should select the best books for each area-SC,CR ,RC. Kaplan books are good but they're quite generic and do not go in-depth.
Apart from that, you may wanna go through my debrief to get some other pointers you should keep in mind while preparing for the GMAT.
