I just want to add that I am in a prep course... i wont bother say the name... dont want to offend anyone but I dont feel like I am getting any real guidance from this class... i cant wait til its over actually!!

I think people use prep courses wrong. Its as if they expect the prep course to be a magic bullet. I have never taken one because I think that if you have the discipline then you won't really need the course, but while you still have access to the instructor really use him as the resource and not their study materials. I would say attempt to study 4 hours a day just on quant. Go through problems and when you get to something that you don't understand ask the instructor about it. That is the best way to use that class. Also, use study materials outside of what they give you. MGMAT and EZ Solutions have a good reputation on this site, so look into getting some of their quant books and hopefully you can go through them before your class is up so you can have the instructor answer any questions that you have because once you get stuck on something you will wish you still had access to him instead of having to hope that someone on a message board can solve the problem and also explain it in a way that you would understand. you know what you are right... before going into the prep course i was totally thinking that it would help me out and make me magically get a good score... thanks for the advice... i will use my teacher as much as i possibly can.
