When thinking about going after an MBA, it's important to define what you need to accomplish to apply to Business School:

1) What school(s) do you want to apply to?
2) When do you want to apply (what are the deadlines)?
3) What do you need for the application?

4) What GMAT score would make you a competitive applicant?
5) What is YOUR goal score?

Most Test Takers need 3 months (or more) to hit their respective goal scores, so 2 months might not be enough time for you. Studying for the GMAT is like have a part-time job - you should expect to study 10-15 hours per week.

As a way to measure your "starting ability", you should take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test. You can download 2 for free from www.mba.com. The practice CAT will probably be tough, but we need to know your current strengths and weaknesses so that we can put together a study plan for you. Once you've taken the Test, report back with your scores.
