Need assistance as soon as possible

Hi, I have cleared the first round of the YLP and the deadline for the second round is in two days. I messed my GMAT up and scored only a 540. Does it make sense to submit my essays and go ahead with the second round ? Would isb consider ye profile of an applicant with such a score ? Please reply as soon as possible I only have two days in hand.
