Have you taken any timed practice tests yet? You should be doing that while working through the OG. Do practice questions on weekdays and a full test each weekend. Official tests from www.mba.com (they're called GMATPrep) are a must-do, and I liked the Princeton Review tests from their Cracking the GMAT book a lot as well.
