Need advice on applying to schools

Hi Stacy

I am planning to write my GMAT in the first week of October. Will there be time crunch in applying to the schools for fall 2010? What are the points I should always keep in mind to avoid any mishap? Which are the groundworks I should start from now along with my preparation?
Regards,
Rupam

Dear Rupa,

Perhaps. First round deadlines for many schools are in early October, so you might check the deadlines for your target schools. If you are shooting for a second round application, then the October test date should be fine. However, it will not leave you much of a window for another test attempt if you think you need one. As for test-taking tips, I will defer to some of the other consulting firms on this website who do test preparation courses.

Good luck,
Lisa
