0.05/0.95 = 1/19 (approx greater than 1/20 which is 0.05)

(1 - 0.05) = 0.95

Now we have 0.05/0.95 => 5/95 =1/19

1/20 = 0.05

So 1/19 will be a bit less than 0.05 , out of the given options only 0.48 is more than 0.05 , so I will go with C , 0.053

Sorry Abhishek009, but here your reasoning is a bit carelessly made. For two positive fractions of same numerator value, the fraction with less denominator value is greater than the other one. Right answer is
C, a bit more than 0.05
.

0.05/(1 - 0.05) = 0.05/(0.95)

since we know that 0.05/1 = 0.05

0.05/(0.95) > 0.05

the best answer is C) 0.053
