I had entered only my initial during the initial registration on the website www.mba.com. However at the time of booking slots for the examination, I realized that my passport had my full surname on it. After reading all the various posts about many were not allowed to give their exams due to the name mismatch, I wanted to correct mine.

The website doesn't allow me to correct my name. I tried to create a new account with the new name and I think it was just merged with the old one without any changes being made in the name.

Request you to suggest some remedy to this issue at the earliest, as the center where I wish to give my exam has very limited available slots at the moment.
