You are on your way to building a competitive profile and I commend you for planning this far in advance. You have a solid GPA from a selective school, and your TFA experience will be valuable. TFA has partnerships with several MBA programs, so you might consider researching those programs as a place to start when determining where to apply. These schools have the best understanding of TFA, what it takes to be selected and what the role entails. The schools you ultimately apply to should be a good match for you in terms of curriculum, culture and connections. I encourage you to read our sticky on school selection for tips and suggestions on identifying programs. Over the next 2-3 years, you want to build a strong resume of professional experience in the path you choose. Seek out leadership roles and make identifiable contributions to your organization, as well as find community organizations or extracurricular activities to be involved in outside the office. You can supplement leadership and teamwork experiences in these outside activities to further build your resume and show a well-rounded profile.
