I have not done any Awa essays in the past and my plan is to work progressively on every practice tests that ill be taking from now until the 10th of september. With each practice test,i will elaborate more and more on the content, but for the two that i just wrote, i only took a few mins on them and wrote down the strongest points to refute or support the premises.

The above issue states that in any enterprise, the process of achieving and end is more important than the end product. Such an issue is a controversial one, however, with objective observation and evidence, one can conclude that the process of doing something, and how that process is carried out, is infact more important than the final product.
The first objective observation comes from business. In today's world, there are no more borders and governments and citizens of the world are more concerned with the well-being of the people. Large international corporations therefore carry a sense of duty to better the world. Therefore, companies that sacrifice employee benefits, well-being, and freedom in order achieve higher profits and sales, are generally condemned by the people.
For example, walmart is the number one company in the fortune 500s. Its profits are larger than ever and its sales have increased exponentially the past decade. Surely, when viewed purely in the end product sense, walmart is definitely unparalleled. however, there are many organizations condemning how walmart mistreats it's employees and forbids it's employees to form unions. Many people will not shop at walmart because they share the view that the process of achieving an end is ultimately more important than the final product.
On the other hand, another similiar retailer, wegmans, whose profits and sales are nowhere near walmart's caliber, is viewed by most people as the paragon of civility. It has consistently been ranked the top ten companies to work for because of its treament of its employees and the benefits it provides. A survey conducted has showed that the happiness of wegmans employees so greatly outweights the happiness of walmart's employees.
In conclusion, the process of achieving an end product is ultimately more important than the end product. One has to work oneself, at what cost does one have to sacrifice to reach that end product.

The country of Sacchar can best solve its current trade deficit problem by lowering the price of sugar, its primary export. Such an action would make Sacchar better able to compete for markets with other sugar exporting countries. The sale of Sacchar's sugar abroad would increase and that increase would substantially reduce Sacchar's trade deficit.
The argument depends on the premise that other countries have a need for more sugar. it can be that countries around the world are getting the perfect amount of sugar and that an decrease in price would only lower the profits and not lead to an increase in sales.
Such an argument also relies on the fact that other sugar-exporting countries will not lower their prices in order to compete for the market. It can be that other sugar-exporting countries are more well off and can afford to lower their price of sugar far below what Sacchar can offer.
Sales increase does not necessarily increase sacchar's profit. Sacchar has to show that in fact its decrease in the price of sugar is substantially lesser than its increase in sales. If in fact, its decrease in price has only brought up just enough sales to equal to the profit that the country was earning before the decrease, than Sacchar's profit would have stayed the same.
One also have to assume that other countries will not reduce other imports from Sacchar to make up for the increased import of sugar from sacchar. Often countries set a limit as to the amount of export/inport ratio and that to balance them out, countries might dramatically reduce other exports from sacchar, resulting in the same trade deficit, or, potentially, increasing it.
