You have the numbers (GMAT and GPA) to be competitive. However, gaining admission as an applicant from India is quite difficult, and your degree and work experience do not distinguish you from other Indian applicants. I think you need to widen your target list a little as the competition at top programs is stiff, especially for international applicants. I would also encourage you to view some earlier posts on tips for Indian applicants on distinguishing yourself.

Dear Arpitha,

Anything you can do in the next couple of years that demonstrates career progression will strengthen your application. Likewise, any experiences (personal or professional) that are unique and interesting will help to distinguish you. Think about your interests and seek out ways to build your resume. Perhaps there are some community organizations you can take a leadership role in? Or some international experiences that might provide you interesting stories to write about? These will all go towards making you a stronger applicant.
