Is X/12 an integer ?
1] X is multiple of 60.
2] X*X*X > 0

1) Sufficient. All multiples of 60 are multiples of 12.
2) No real useful information. Not sufficient. (2 * 2 * 2 > 0 but not divisible by 12. 6 * 6 * ^ is divisble and > 0)

I think x=0 is also ok because there still wont be a remainder when you divide by 12.

Hmm i got the concept where i was lacking , i thought we need to have the info whether x is 0 or not but it is not required . so your answer is right . OA is also indeed A. Sometimes it feels really silly to have such issues while attempting 37 question in a string , thank god we dnt have any diffrential and intergral concepts in GMAT .vineeshp wrote:Ah your post came right when I checked the forum before leaving office.
