Mozilla FireFox Error - While opening the inbox

Eric,

I open BTG website through "Mozilla FireFox". But only when i need to check a message that has arrived in my inbox i log into BTG through IE.

Not sure if anybody has experienced a similar problem earlier. Attached excel sheet gives the screenshot of issue that i am facing

another suggestion for browser compatibility..
since BTG is used by lot of users, testing can be done to check the compatibility of BTG on different browsers
i know it will be a huge task , but BTG can probably add another feather on its cap saying it is compatible with all browsers..
GOOGLE ANALYTICS will give u a snapshot of browsers that are used by people opening BTG website....

Yes, we do actually do a lot of browser and OS compatibility testing on our site. It's a really tough challenge, but important for us all!

Just a word of advice though for all of you still using IE6. Please upgrade! This site looks probably really bad for you, and we may soon stop supporting IE6 because (1) it's really really old, and (2) it's hampering our web development of new cool features for you.

Hi Amar,

Sorry about the problem - I think that your issue fell through the cracks. Can you please upload a new version of the screenshot? I couldn't open it for some reason. Also, can you please let me know what specific operating system and browser version you're experiencing problems with? Thanks!
