work- 5 years in IT, esp in supply chain industry in India and in US
Education - Engg with Ms degree in Informatics from US
GMAT - 620 ( 45% in quant and 31% in Verbal )

Please let me know if I have chances in getting into ISB hyderabad.

Score is quite low for ISB. Your background, while good, may not be as differentiated unless you have other things that can be harnessed. Are you in the SF Bay Area? There is an event on September 13th at ICC in Milpitas where Ms. Hima Bindu, an Admissions Director for ISB, will be meeting with ISB aspirants. Here is the link:
