Consider the following two examples,niketdoshi123 wrote:If a and b are integers, and |a|>|b|, is a*|b| < a-b
a)a<0
b)ab>=0
- a = -2, b = -1 --> a*|b| = -2 < (a - b) = -1
a = -2, b = 0 --> a*|b| = 0 > (a - b) = -2
Hence, both statements together is not sufficient.
The correct answer is E.
