In regards to the interview I have a very fluid conversation with the former MLT Fellow. She asked a lot of questions about my resume, my leadership skills, my strengths, my areas for improvement, why an MBA, tell them a time you were scrappy and how much time do you actually have to sacrifice for MLT...
Check out some of these links that I used to prepare for the interview! I just googled top interview questions for Business Schools/MBA and studied from that.

The deadlines to submit official GMAT scores are
Round 1: January 19, 2015
Round 2: February 16, 2015
I had my interview last week and it went well. I was interviewed by a graduate of Wharton. Although the interview was informal, the interviewer remained professional throughout the interview. She was very nice and offered her personal advice on the best time to visit campuses and also told me about additional Pre-MBA programs for minorities. Below are some of the questions she asked:
- What does the term "Scrappy" mean to you?
- When was the last time you were scrappy?
- What are you willing to sacrifice in order to make sure you are successful in the program?
- Why MLT?
- What was your most impactful leadership decision?
- Why do you want to go into Marketing/Consulting/Finance? (This question depends on the field you picked)
Don't forget to send a Thank You note to your interviewer for taking the time to interview you. Good Luck everyone!

@Sfrazie6 , where are you geographically located? Its weird because a lot of people I know who applied (located in NYC) have not heard anything, so I am not sure what is going on at this point. Also, are they only sending interview notifications on the weekends? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Alexukoh,
I am located in Ohio and my interviewer was located in Detroit. I am not sure how they decide what days they request an interview but I believe its based on the interviewer's schedule. A lot of the interviewers who are still enrolled in school are probably on Holiday and not frequently checking their emails. I would probably wait another week and if you still don't hear anything by the 12th then you should email the MLT Prep Team.
Also, for anyone who is considering applying to HBS next Fall, there is a Diversity weekend coming up in March. Applications open up this month.

To answer Sfrazie6 question, once you are accepted into MLT you will receive an email instructing you to go back to your application on Fluidreview and upload your official GMAT score along with transcripts, code of conduct agreement, MLT contract agreement, etc.
Good luck to you all with interviews! I cannot wait to meet you all!
