The Application Process

Hi,
I am planning to apply to MBA this season and I was wondering if I can get a peek into some successful essays that got through top schools like MIT, Harvard, Stanford. Is there some way I can do that ?
It's still a mystery to me as to what/how do those essays turn out to be the best among the rest.
