I recently got an advertisement for MIT LGO, which is MIT's dual degree program for a MBA and a MS in Engineering in 2 years. I was wondering if any of you have heard of this program or have any experience with it. Do you guys think its worth all the extra work/money compared to a typical MBA program?
And, if I'm applying for Fall 2012 MBA programs, given my undergrad B.S. in Chemical Engineering / Minor in Economics GPA of 3.19, consulting activities during undergrad, 740 GMAT, & currently working at a IT consulting firm, where do you guys recommend I apply? Do I have a chance at Harvard, NYU, Columbia, MIT, etc.?
