MIM now or MBA later ?

I have been preparing for GMAT. I have been working for 2.5 years now. So, I have two options:

1. Do MIM now
2. An MBA later.

Which choice will benefit my career, in a long term ?

Hi,

This is a tough and very personal decision, unfortunately. It depends on what you're doing now, what the opportunities are for growth. And it depends whether you prefer to get an MIM or an MBA. It sounds like you have a lot of thinking to do! I wish I could be of more help, but this sounds like a personal decision to me.
