mgmat sc mentions this as correct (problem section of idioms chapter 4h ed.). However i think that pulls gravitationally is NOT WRONG. I am concerned about 'ON'... moon pulls the ocean water AND NOT moon pulls ON the ocean water

The use of "ON" is incorrect in the answer choices. I think it is one of the typing errors in the the SC book og Manhattan
