1/0.07 = 100/7 and 1/0.16 = 100/16 = 25/4
100/7 + 25/4 = 14 + 6 = 20 (approximately), if actually divide the values then this value be more than 20
Therefore, 4.896/(1/0.07 +1/0.16) = 5/20 = 1/4 = 0.25(approximately)
So, the value of the expression will be less than 0.25 as the actual value of 100/7 + 25/4 will be more than 20.

Write 1/0.07 as 100/7 and 1/0.16 as 100/16

=> 4.896/(14.something + 6.something)
=> 4.896/21
=> 0.233

Closest one is A.
