OA is A...
Option B is wrong because it does not maintain parallelism. "a form of ownership"(noun) and "respected"(verb) are not parallel.
Option B is wrong for the same issue as in A.
Option D is wrong because in which is modifying the land, but the question intends to modify the ownership.
Option E also incorrectly modify "land" using "that" and a land can never be a form of ownership. So wrong..
