Messages not being sent, stuck in my outbox

All,

I couldn't find a more appropriate place to post this, apologies if this is the wrong place.

I have two messages that are stuck in my outbox, when I click to submit, they are still stuck there. What could be the problem?

Thanks!

Sorry for the slow response (our team is on holiday). This is definitely the right forum.

It's a bit confusing, but everything is working properly. A message stays in the outbox until your recipient opens the message, and then you'll see that messaged moved to your 'sent box'.

Therefore, if you see messages in your outbox, it only means that your recipient hasn't read it yet. I hope that clarifies!
