Hello,

Are you still seeing that error message? Can you let me know if you saw it on GMATPrep or mba.com? I was not able to replicate the issue on my end. Try clearing your cache and cookies if this was regarding mba.com. You can try closing GMATPrep and launching it again, or you can try uninstalling and reinstalling.
