Your score will probably be skewed about 30-40 points higher on the re-take. This is because you will see repeat questions.

What I did was on my re-takes if I saw a repeat question on quant, I would assess myself a 2 minute time penalty (ie. tell myself I have to finish in 73 minutes instead of 75). This really keeps the pressure on.

The goal of your re-takes shouldn't be to get an accurate score prediction rather it should be to extract as many real questions from the question banks as possible.

You will see some repeats but I think that it's ok. Canada_sms is correct that your score will be skewed. When you run into a question you've seen before, don't just pick the answer (if you remember it), but solve the question (go through the process to determine whether you really know the question).

When I prepped I took GMATPrep test about 7 times. Basically, I think that mastering the questions is even more important than knowing your score. My objective then was to find, solve and review as many of the questions in GMATPrep as I could.

Score improvement comes not from taking practice tests, but from learning from those tests through performance review. I used the GMATFix Solutions Engine (gmatfix.com) to study solutions and lessons to GMATPrep tests. I tried to re-take the test until my score rose to 40-50points above my target score on the real test. It worked out well for me.

Bottom line, I would encourage you to retake the GMATPrep tests (uninstalling and re-installing won't make a difference)
