The Application Process

This is from the HEC-Paris application. We are given 250 words for the answer.

This question is before the essays section. Any ideas how this should be approached ?

I can answer this simply in 3-5 lines stating that I have some personal saving and in addition to that plan to get a bank loan. Also talk about applying for scholarships that HEC offers once the candidate is selected.
