Maximizing OG11

I took the GMAT earlier in the year (unprepared) and scored a 400. I'm really just taking it as a "formality" I wrapped up my undergrad and am staying at the same school for my Masters Degree and have to have a GMAT score on file. Basically I want to score 500-550 and want to utilize the OG11 to be in that range. From some posts I've read it seems as if the latter part of the sections are for you crazy's looking for 700+ 800 (just kidding you guys are great) just more than I need to wrap my graduate degree. I work full-time don't have too much time in the evenings to be working all 150+ DS and PS questions, but they are my main concern.

Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you're just looking for 500+, I would only bother with the first 1/2-2/3 of each section of OG 11. Since the questions are arranged in order of difficulty, you won't even see many of the questions in the later portions of each section, so don't waste your time with them.

I'd also take both the GMATPrep CATs before your exam.

Phew, that's what I was hoping to hear. I took one of the GMATPrep after about a mo. of studying and scored a 460 so I suppose I'm on track.
