Masters of Real Estate Development

by bbull » Sun Dec 12, 2010 10:24 pm
Hi everyone! I've been lurking on the forums for awhile now and decided to pose a question that I've had.

I've been looking into a few Masters of Real Estate Development programs and noticed that it doesn't seem that the requirements are as high as, say, a traditional MBA program. However, all of the schools require that the GMAT be taken as a prerequisite. I was wondering if anyone had a ballpark range of the type of score I would need to be competitive for something like this. I've been looking into the University of Utah and Arizona State because all of the other schools that have this type of a program are mostly Ivy League.

I'm not exactly sure of what score would make you competitive, but I have a friend that went for a Masters of Real Estate Development at the University of Maryland. I believe it is supposed to be one of the best programs.

Here is the website:

They say you can take the GMAT or GRE and that there is no minimum requirement.
